Class A Fitness is a unique classes-only approach to fitness that closely follows the fitness trends of today. Functional fitness programs that help us move through daily life with greater ease. Back to basic exercise plans like calisthenics from fifth grade – push-ups, sit-ups, jumping jacks, and burpees. We use the “buddy system” of working out, while taking time constraints of today’s busy families into consideration.
