FIT 101 is the core of our membership. Our FIT 101 classes change daily, allowing you to keep an active workout schedule; combining both cardio with strength and conditioning, mixing it up continually to challenge your body so you can see results. No muscle memory can come into play and allow you to hit that plateau you often hear about when going through a new workout regimen.

Our Monday, Wednesday, Friday workouts are strength & conditioning days. These days we may use balls, bands, tubes, free weights, bars and/or kettlebells to build those muscles and help you see changes in your body quickly. We incorporate a full body workout each and every time, taking the guesswork out for you so you don’t have to wander around a gym confused or intimidated. Mondays have a lower body focus although you will still get some upper body and plenty of core work. Wednesdays we focus on the upper body while still incorporating some leg and glute work, as well as the core. Fridays are FULL BODY with lots of conditioning and resistance for an intense “after-burn” calorie scorching workout. This is our “hurricane” and “energy “circuit” day.
Tuesday and Thursday we do cardio kickboxing which is an aerobic workout that not only helps burn an impressive number of calories but also helps build strength, coordination, and balance while giving you a complete full body workout with a plethora of benefits.
Saturdays are “bootcamp” day in which we mix it up and bring you a great metabolic workout each and every time.
Specialty classes (such as those below) are added at 4, 6 or 8 week periods throughout the year. You do not have to be a member to participate in the specialty classes although member pricing for these classes is highly discounted. Specialty classes are a sign-up based, allowing participants access only during those specific times. Check back regularly to see what is being offered.
This very effective and efficient workout lets you use forceful controlled momentum to develop strength, power, cardiovascular endurance, core stability and flexibility. Every major muscle is worked in each plane of motion allowing a complete body workout with functional capabilities. Before you are allowed to take K-Bell classes, an orientation is necessary, where safety and proper form will be discussed and demonstrated. K-Bell is a part of our Monday/Wednesday/Friday FIT101 classes each month.
The single most effective type of high intensity interval training to burn calories and develop muscle definition, this class is a mixture of cardio and weight training exercises. All exercises are performed at your own current level, while pushing you to the next level of intensity. Components of this class are used in several FIT101 classes each month.
Hang from the durable TRX ropes to push, pull, lift and lower your way through moves for a total body suspension workout that also super strengthens your core. Components of this class are used in our Monday/Wednesday/Friday FIT101 class each month.
Integrated Balance Training on an apparatus that is a cross between a core board and a stability ball. Add strength moves in this body defining class. Kts fun, its challenging and it’s a total body workout for any fitness level.
This strength and conditioning class utilizes functional movements that are performed in intense, boot camp style intervals and incorporates ketllebell training, bodyweight exercises and cardio conditioning to help students attain maximum fitness gains in the minimum amount of time. Students participating in “A” GAME sessions learn the kettlebell swing as well as fundamental kettlebell lifts. Components of this calss are used regularily during Saturday Bootcamp.
